Made using whole oats， sweet cream buttermilk and coconut flour providing a nutty， yet?mild buttery flavor. We fortify our products with Whey Protein Isolate and Pea Protein?for a complete meal that keeps you feeling full. With only 200 calories per serving， our?buttermilk mix modestly packs 20 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber in each serving.

建議的使用方式

Pancakes

Whisk 1 cup mix (2 servings) with 2/3 cup cold water until well blended.

Heat griddle to low heat (285-295oF).

Pour batter into 3-4 four inch pancakes on lightly greased， pre-heated griddle.

Cook until no more bubbles are forming in the center and edges look dry. (About 3 minutes.) Flip and cook until golden brown.

For Thinner Pancakes:

Add 1-2 Tbsp of water until a desired consistency is reached.

Make It Your Own:

Add 醬滷牛腱chocolate chips， fruit， nuts or whatever you like to make it your own.

Want More Protein?

For 25 g Protein:翠玉百花燴干貝

Reduce water by 2 Tbsp and add 1 large egg

--or--

Replace water with fat free milk.

For 34 g Protein:

Replace water with fat free milk， reducing liquid by 2 Tbsp and add 1 large egg.
