這種由可口的全谷物混合而成的食物富含膳食纖維和多種營養成分。本品可制作美味的燕麥粥，清爽的沙拉或美味的肉飯。本品僅由最優質的全谷物制成，包括：小麥、糙米、燕麥、黑麥、黑小麥、大麥、Kamut小麥、蕎麥和芝麻。

日常飲食食用充足的全谷食物和總脂肪、飽和脂肪及膽固醇含量低的其他植物性食物，可降低患心臟病及某些癌癥的風險。

基礎烹飪指南★自製★原味叉燒★

1杯全谷物（麥片/沙拉/肉飯）

2 1/2杯水或肉湯或果汁

灶臺烹制：

在中型平底鍋中加入1杯本品和2 1/2杯水。煮沸，蓋上蓋子，將火調小。煮1小時，或制作液體被完全吸收。4人份。

早餐，加入蘋果汁或液體。蓋上新鮮水果，可趁熱吃或冷後吃。

午餐，制作沙拉、湯或皮塔餅。

晚餐，制作肉飯或加入蔬菜炒制。用作配菜，可代替米飯或意大利面。
